Wings
Of Love
Pop in English filled with the sound of acoustic guitars and
to-or tree part voices. Add the proud traditions of the Beatles, the Hollies
and others, and mix it with latin rythms and a modern solid dance pulse. This
is the style on ”Wings of Love”, the latest album by the Olsen
Brothers – the greatest pop legends in Danish history.
”Wings of Love” is their first entirely new album
in 13 years. Some of the 10 songs have been ready for recording for a while, but
some of them have arised due to the very giving co-operation with producer
Stig Kreutzfeld (Rugsted-Kreutzfeld) and the producer-team Jens Rud and
Lars Thorup (Dodo & The Dodo’s).
On ”Wings Of Love” Jørgen and Noller Olsen
have included their winning song ”Fly On The Wings Of Love” in both a Danish
and an English version. Also their latest hit ”I Have To Dance” together
with latin-inspired versions of their 3 biggest hits from the seventies and
eighties; ”Angelina”, ”San Francisco” and ”Neon Madonna”
are to be found on the album.
The European Song Contest winner "Fly On The Wings Of Love"
has been re-mixed in four different versions by TA2 and Mike
B. Trunkin. TA2 has also produced an excellent radio mix of
the Danish version, "Smuk som et stjerneskud". The maxi single
also includes album versions.
Single no. 2 from the major success album, "Wings Of Love"
by the Olsen Brothers is a fantastic up-tempo number marked
by the wonderful melody and text by the Olsen Brothers. TA2
and Mike B. Trunkin were at the mixer controls for the four
fantastic remixes which include Radio Mix as well as Extended
Mix.
